COMME ÇA

Chef David Myers’ Comme Ça re-creates a Parisian brasserie at the heart of West Hollywood, complete with a chalkboard-lined hallway, by artist Jini Keasling, and tufted white leather banquettes.

The menu features classics prepared with an eye towards organic ingredients and local farmers. Guests may begin their meal with a Tarte Flambe or selection from the raw bar and complete it with Steak Frites or a plate from the Fromagerie. Comme Ça is a modern take on the classic brasserie, offering its patrons the classic cuisine of French neighborhoods in a sleek, yet casual dining environment. With its styling, extensive beverage program and emphasis on quality ingredients, Comme Ça has updated a traditional concept for the modern era offering seasonal handcrafted cocktails and an eclectic wine list.

Inspired by the black and white glamour that is Chanel and born from the time-honored tradition of the Parisian Brasserie, a minimalist color palette and eclectic décor with vintage photos and mirrors, coffered ceilings and hardwood floors--all provide an intimate, understated backdrop for any occasion at Comme Ça.

Taste and Space guests will be treated to a demonstration of turn of the century cocktail making with its signature 18A cocktail program. Their signature artisanal cocktails are created with small-batch distillery spirits, fresh locally grown produce, house made syrups and bitters, and poured over hand chipped ice blocks to reflect the renegade, speakeasy spirit that flourished during the early 1900's.
