Animated Art in Autumn
As mornings become a little more brisk, the sun sets a little earlier and the smell of cinnamon spice fills the air, the signs of autumn are upon us. But nothing really gets you into the October spirit quite like pumpkin decorating. Residents of all ages at Glen Grove in Glendale had an afternoon of fun, painting and adorning pumpkins. You don’t have to be a child to get into the Halloween spirit. Thanks to our Resident Services Coordinators for keeping enthusiasm alive for all ages!
Mayor Meister visits Movietown Square
Only smiling faces greeted Mayor Lauren Meister at Movietown Square in West Hollywood. Residents happily lined up for Seeds of Hope's monthly fresh produce distribution and were delighted to see West Hollywood's Mayor. Our partners at Seeds of Hope have the goal of cultivating healthy food wellness as well as offering hands on cooking recipes and instruction.

Be a Part of the Solution
As we approach Veterans day this November 11 we think of all the veterans who call a WHCHC apartment community home. We thank them for their service. We recently caught up with the Kerr Family at Glen Grove in Glendale. Mr. & Mrs. Kerr are very proud that both of their sons, who grew up at Glen Grove, served as US Marines, as did their dad. They also told us what housing security has meant to them. "Ever since we moved here, I never had to worry about a home anymore," Mr. Kerr said. "If you don't have a home, you don't have nothing."
