Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly Homeless Individuals with Special Needs
Rampart Mint is the new construction of 23 units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) for homeless and chronically homeless individuals with special needs. Co-developed with Affordable Living for the Aging (ALA), designed by Killefer Flammang Architects (KFA), and targeting LEED Gold for environmental sustainability, the building will be located on a vacant City-owned site in the Westlake/Rampart Village neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles. Dreyfuss Construction broke ground in April 2018 and completion is expected in 2020.
ALA and WHCHC’s resident services staff will offer voluntary, on-site, comprehensive supportive services free of charge to all residents.
