910 Wetherly Drive will be a 100% affordable apartment community created to provide 89 high-quality rental homes for low- and moderate-income households. The population will include people living with a chronic illness, transition age youth (TAY) and community members making 80% Area Median Income or below, also known as moderate/workforce housing.

The entry level includes a lobby, building manager's office and fitness room. The second through sixth floors are organized around a central courtyard which provides outdoor space, covered exterior circulation and natural ventilation. The landscaped rooftop includes a community room with kitchenette and computer area. It also includes a laundry room, social services offices, community gardens and gathering areas for residents to enjoy. There will be a dog run on the ground level.

Fourth Clover

Fourth Clover will be an 89-unit affordable apartment community for families. The property is located in the Country Club Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Twenty-five (25) one-bedrooms will be reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families. Sixty-three (63) units will house low-income working households and families making up to 80% of the area median income (AMI). One 2-bedroom unit will be reserved for one fulltime on-site building manager. The project is close to high quality transit and is in a high opportunity area. Each unit will feature air conditioning, a dishwasher, appliances, and ceiling fan.

Fourth Clover will include a variety of ground-floor amenities organized around a courtyard overlooking Fourth Avenue. There will be a variety of gathering spaces for children of all age groups. The large community room on the roof deck overlooks Pico Boulevard and includes a demonstration kitchen, a computer room/ library. The roof deck also includes a grill, seating, greenery and trees to create a comfortable outdoor space for the residents and a laundry room. Residents can enter the grand lobby along Fourth Avenue. An office for the building manager is located next to front entrance. Pico Boulevard is activated by three offices to facilitate residential supportive services.
